By accessing or placing orders through the Fedex Poster Printing platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms may be modified at any time without prior notice. Please review them regularly.
2. Acceptance of Terms
In these Terms, “Fedex Poster Printing”, “we”, “our”, or “the company” refers to the service provider. “You” or “the customer” refers to the user accessing our website or services. Your use of the platform confirms your acceptance of these conditions.
3. Registration
Customers may be required to create an account to complete orders or manage settings. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity conducted through your account.
4. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Information on how we collect, process, and protect personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are based on production and transit schedules. Fedex Poster Printing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure. Any duties or taxes related to cross-border shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Returns and Refunds
Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Issues must be reported within 5 business days. We may provide reprints or partial credits in cases of verifiable production errors.
7. Defective Products and Limitations
A product is considered defective if it significantly deviates from approved proofs or order specifications. Industry-standard tolerances (±2.5% in size, registration, or color) are not considered defects.
8. Customer Submitted Artwork
Artwork files must be submitted in CMYK format, at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. We are not responsible for print variations due to low resolution, incorrect format, or RGB to CMYK conversion. By submitting files, you confirm the legal right to use the provided content.
9. Content License and Copyright
By uploading files, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content for production and internal purposes. We will not reproduce or display customer artwork for marketing without explicit written consent.
10. Overruns and Proofing
Up to ±8% overrun or underrun in order quantity is considered acceptable. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving digital proofs. Approved files will not be eligible for reprint claims.
11. Payments
We accept major credit cards and approved payment gateways. Orders require full payment before production. Overdue invoices may be subject to a 2% monthly interest charge.
12. Website Usage
Users may not copy, extract, or reuse any part of this website without written consent. Automated scraping or competitive analysis without authorization is prohibited.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these external resources.
14. Disclaimers and Governing Law
All services are provided “as-is”. We disclaim all warranties except as expressly stated. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, with jurisdiction in the company’s registered state.
